NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF POLICE WELFARE ADVISERS

Convened under the auspices of A.C.P.O. 1978

 

The Association is charged with providing a confidential, comprehensive professional welfare and counselling service utilising experience and training, for the benefit of all members of the Police Service both police officers and police support staff, their families and those retired from the Service. The Association will be available in a consultative capacity for those recognised and representative organisations serving the interests of the Police Service in general and particular matters, and also to encourage and assist in the development of those skills and levels of competence in  individuals within and entering the Association.
